Whilst the doctors at the surgery are willing to visit patients who are housebound, they would appreciate other patients making every effort to attend the surgery.
Should you require a doctor to visit you at home you should make your request, by contacting the surgery as soon as possible (0161 980 4510).
The doctor may telephone you first to assess your problem and this may not always lead to a visit – you still may be asked to attend the surgery. If you have any queries please speak to one of our reception staff who will be happy to advise you.
Please ensure that we have up-to-date details for you; address, telephone number and, where appropriate, carer/next of kin details.
Carers of patients need to complete the appropriate form if they wish to discuss the treatment of patients registered at the practice. Please speak to one of our reception staff for details.
You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
